ACTED - Working Tools
We are reaching out to inquire about your pricing for the procurement of Working Tools.
We are interested in signing a long-term agreement of 2 years duration with the awarded bidder.
Therefore, please find attached Request for Quotation detailing the items required to be ordered during the 2 years duration.
Interested bidders are encouraged to submit their best prices using the annexed Request for quotation (RFQ) form.
Please ensure that the Quotation is signed, stamped, and provided in high resolution to facilitate our review process.
In addition, the below shall be provided from your side:
- Datasheet listing pictures of the items and/or brand name, with numbers as per as the quotation form.
- Copy of your registration certificate.
- Copy of the Legal representative ID.
- Acted’ s (Supplier's Ethical Declaration, General Conditions of Purchase, and the Bidder Questionnaire) to be filled, signed, and stamped.
Note: Bidders can apply their offer for any LOT (quotation) or all of them.
