Project Background:
Curated Experience - Developing Innovative and Diversified Touristic Products Across Jordan:
This project aims at reviving the once-flourishing tourism industry within Jordan, in light of COVID-19
devastations to the sector. The project seeks to improve on pre-existing weaknesses in the Jordanian
tourism sector; In doing so, Leaders International will enhance the competitiveness of the industry
through diversifying touristic offerings and adapting to recent travelling trends.
Moreover, the project will build the capacity of travel-experience operators through different support
mechanisms, business linkages, and training programs; to enable them to provide curated experiences
to inbound and local travelers. At the industry level, the project will cooperate with Jordanian tourism
associations to promote Jordan’s cultural, historical, and natural diversity. Local authorities will also be
involved in expanding Jordan’s current tourist base, mitigate risks associated with limited product
offerings, and lastly, enhance local tourism through increased quantity and quality of products and
offerings.
Accordingly, Leaders International will not merely focus on the innovation and product development
side but will market the new travel experiences and leverage its outreach channels to speak to the
needs of the modern traveler, in Jordan and abroad.
Leaders International for Economic Development aims to support one of its beneficiaries within its
project as per the objectives below:
• Objectives:
− Strengthen the enterprise online presence.
− The website become a point of reference for visitors showing the reliability, quality. and
professionalism of the enterprise products and services.
− Strengthen the enterprise outreach and brand visibility to ensure its growth.
− The website being utilized as an online communication channel.
− Increase the sales leads through the website.

• Scope of Work:
The service provider should work closely with the beneficiary (offers tourism local experiences
through an interactive map of Aqaba governorate) on the development of a user-friendly
website within the following main key features:
− Fully mobile optimized
− Registration/Login Page as per the following:
o User Type 1: Customer
o User Type 2: Experience Provider
− Activity (Experiences) Page includes the following:
o Experience Title
o Experience Description
o Experience Photos
o Experience Price
o Experience Location (On Maps)
o Experience Timing
o Experience Booking Button
− About Us Page
− The website should include a fully optimized key word search field.
− The website backend should include a fully database for different types of users (Customers /
Experience Providers).
− The backend should include notification system for any new signups for experience providers.
− The service provider should give guidance on using the admin interface of the CMS.
Deliverables:
• A full access/admission for the website backend and CMS.
• A summary (report) of the work done throughout the assignment highlighting the efforts done
within the website development (including screenshots from the website).
• Any documents, manuals, content, material, drafts, etc… developed throughout the project.

Qualifications Required:
• 4-5 years proven experience in the field.
• Strong experience in the development and customization of websites within the tourism sector.
• Solid knowledge of web analytics tools.
• Ability to develop and launch the website in line with the period of performance.
• Ability to provide technical support as needed.
Taxes and other Terms:

- Financial Offers must be submitted separately with the ToR Number.
- The offer should be including VAT, showing a breakdown of the calculation.
- Company’s registration certificate must be provided with the offer.
- Other terms may apply and will be communicated before the official awarding.
