• Annex A : sample photos of the required items.
• Annex B: Supplier Profile and Registration Form , complete it , sign and stamp.
• Annex C: DRC general conditions of contract , read it
• Annex D: Supplier code of conduct , sign and stamp.
You are kindly requested to send your bid in accordance with the instruction to this email procurement.jo.jor@drc.ngo by the deadline on Sunday January 17 at 15:00 Amman Time. Any bids received after the deadline or to any other email address will be rejected.
