NRC - Jordan Transition to Employment (T2E) project is focused on integrating Syrians and Jordanians into the labour market through intermediation activities.
The T2E project supports employers to improve working conditions of their employees. By temporarily seconding its staff to the Human Resources (HR) departments of 12 employers, the T2E project will provide support during hiring, on-boarding, and induction processes to improve the working conditions of Syrian and Jordanian employees from within the business. In addition, NRC will train direct supervisors of the prospective employees on leadership models to contribute to the improvement of the management practices and relationships in the workplace.
NRC – Jordan office is seeking a service provider with experience to implement a training activity for midlevel management/supervisors. The Primary Objective of the service is to contribute to the enhancement of the supervisor-employee relations through trainings.
