The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is seeking suitable office premises in Western Amman( Khalda, Rabieh, Um Uthaina, Sweifyeh, 7th Circle, Dahyt Al Amir Rashed, King Abdullah Str, Business Park, North Abdoun, Wadi Abdoun, Wadi Saqra, Deir Ghbar, 5th Circle, Mecca Street, Abdoun, Abdali, and Abdullah Ghosheh Street) that meet the operational, safety, and accessibility standards of an international non-governmental organization. We require approximately 1,200 SQM of modular office space that is move-in ready, well-located, and fully compliant with local commercial zoning and licensing regulations. The premises must support business continuity, staff well-being, and security requirements, while offering reliable infrastructure and comfort. we are seeking expressions of interest from property owners, agents, and developers. Preference will be given to properties that closely match detailed criteria.
The office space must be available starting from 1 September 2025 for a period of an initial 12-month period.
