Interested bidders are encouraged to submit their best prices using the annexed offer form.

In addition, the below shall be provided from your end:
- Copy of your registration certificate.
- Copy of the Legal representative ID.

Fill up, sign, stamp, and provide in high resolution to facilitate our review process the following documents:
- Acted BEST Documents (Supplier's Ethical Declaration, General Conditions of Purchase, and the Bidder Questionnaire)

The submission deadline will be on Wednesday, 05.03.2025, at 15:00.
