We are interested in signing a long-term agreement of 2 years with the awarded bidder, therefore, please find the attached offer form detailing all the items.
Interested bidders can submit their best prices using the annexed offer form.
Please ensure that the Quotation is signed, stamped, and provided in high resolution to facilitate our review process.
Note: suppliers do not have to provide any item related to the sample example file, it is just to take a look and have an idea of what we are requesting.
In addition, the below shall be provided from your end:
- Copy of your registration certificate.
- Copy of the Legal representative ID.

- Letter of integrity annexed.
- Acted’ s (Supplier's Ethical Declaration, General Conditions of Purchase, and the Bidder Questionnaire).
The deadline for submitting offers will be on Saturday, 30-10-2024, at 15:00
