Content : The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC), through Nabni, seeks experienced individual consultants and/or consultancy firms for inclusion in a consultant roster to provide specialised technical assistance to the Facility Management Unit (FMU) and Nabni partner organisations across the MENA region.
Consultants will be engaged on an as-needed basis to support programme design and implementation, quality assurance, learning, strategy development and organisational strengthening. Assignments may be short- or medium-term and delivered remotely, in-country, or through a combination of modalities.
Areas of Expertise (Lots) – Apply for One or More Lots
Nabni welcomes applications under the following eight areas of expertise:
1. Peacebuilding and Conflict Sensitivity
2. Governance
3. Infrastructure - Civil Engineering
4. Livelihoods and Economic Recovery
5. Gender and Youth Inclusion
6. Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL)
7. Environmental and Social Safeguards (E&S)
8. Partner Capacity Strengthening and Organisational Development
Nabni intends to select up to five consultants per Lot, subject to the applicable qualification and evaluation requirements. Applicants may apply for one or multiple Lots. Inclusion in the roster does not guarantee any minimum number of assignments, working days or financial commitment.
No margin of preference is applied; the Bid is open to all eligible Bidders.
Who can Apply : Applications are welcomed from qualified individual consultants/sole traders and /or consultancy firms with relevant professional expertise.

Submission details : This RFQ follows a Two-Envelope process; details are outlined in the RFQ
Remark 1- The Bid, as well as all correspondence and documents relating to the Bid, shall be written in English.
2- Offers must be submitted through the eTB system, and before the RFQ deadline expires. It will not be possible to submit your bid after the deadline or outside the eTB system.
