Leaders International is looking for an expert in livelihood and refugee’s context-sector that is required to design, plan, carry out an impact evaluation assessing the implementation of project’s results, outcomes and impact for the “Skills4work Project”- (Improving Resilience of refugee and Host Population in Jordan through Development of Livelihood Skills and Opportunities), an RDPP project implemented by Leaders International. The expert is expected to conduct a specific evaluation of the results at a higher-level (i.e., sustainability and impact), higher level indicators and the impact of the project actions against its objectives, and come out with quantitative and qualitative data along with specific calculations for the achieved targets, to measure the degree of success of the project, and the improve or lack there off of the livelihood of targeted beneficiaries.
