Provision of Regular Maintenance and Repair Service for ACTED RO Premises
National CALL FOR TENDER
ACTED, seeking to hire a locally registered, reputable, and qualified Company to provide Regular Maintenance and Repair Service for ACTED Regional Offices Premises, ACTED is inviting suppliers of this services to submit offers for the Provision of Regular Maintenance and Repair Service for ACTED Regional Office Premises in Amman, Jordan based on Lumpsum Monthly premium.
The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The Bidding Documents (in English) may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders through https://www.tenderjo.com/ website.
Potential bidders are encouraged to consult https://www.tenderjo.com/ website regularly for potential modification to the present tender and/or to the bidding documents.
A pre-tender information session will be organized Sunday, September 25, 2022 at 13:00 (Amman time) Via Teams. Participation of interested bidders to the information session is preferable but not compulsory.
All bids must be submitted before on Tuesday, October 4, 2022, at 14:00 Amman Time at the following address(es) in a sealed envelope:
- First envelope must contain all eligibility and technical submittals as described and requested in
Bidder Checklist expect for the financial offer.
- Second envelope must contain financial offer of the company alone.

Envelope must be sealed; Name of the participant shall be written on the envelope
ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.
