WEC has received the below inquiry regarding the difference in motor specifications between WEC-RFQ-074 and WEC-RFQ-075:
“We have noticed that there is a difference in the motor specifications between the two tenders... Kindly confirm that this is confirmed and on purpose, or should the WEC-RFQ-074 specification be changed to match WEC-RFQ-075?”
Please be advised that, based on the response received from the Miyahuna Technical Team, the following specification stated under WEC-RFQ-075 shall be adopted for both tender documents, WEC-RFQ-074 and WEC-RFQ-075:
“Motor Rating (MCR): must cover all pump operation curve and not more than 25% of the power absorbed at (700m3/h @120m) duty point.”
In addition, the submission deadline for both RFQs has been extended to May 26, 2026.
Kindly take this clarification into consideration when preparing and submitting your quotations

The Water Efficiency and Conservation (WEC) Activity, funded by the U.S. Embassy in Amman, and implemented by ARD, Inc., is seeking quotations for a Horizontal Stainless-Steel Pumps - South Amman WWTP Reuse project, as outlined in the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ) document.
