The Danish Refugee Council (DRC) Jordan office is inviting bids from reliable and duly registered service providers for the provision of hotel accommodation and meeting facilities, as outlined in the Tender Cover Letter and Annex A1 – Technical Data.
The purpose of this tender is to establish a 24-month Framework Agreement, with the possibility of extension for an additional 24 months.
Deadline for Submission: All offers must be submitted no later than Sunday, 07 September 2025, at 12:00 (Amman Time, UTC+3). Late submissions will not be considered.
Tender Documents: Complete tender documents can be obtained free of charge from Thursday, 21 August 2025, from tender Jo website or by sending an email request to rfq.jor.amm@drc.ngo stating the name of the requesting company.
Bid Submission:
1- Via Email
• All bids shall be submitted via email to tender.jor.amm@drc.ngo by the deadline stated above.
• Submissions must include all required documents in PDF, JPEG, or TIF format, or compressed as a ZIP file.
• The email subject line must clearly state the ITB reference number. If multiple emails are sent, each must be numbered (e.g., Part 1 of 4).
• Bids sent to any other email address will be disregarded.
2- Hard Copy Submission Bids may also be submitted in hard copy in a sealed and stamped envelope bearing the supplier’s name and the ITB reference number . These should be delivered to the Tender Box at: Danish Refugee Council – Amman Office 4 Mohammad Al-Jamaan Street, Wadi Saqra Amman, Jordan
