ACTED is pleased to invite you to submit your quotation for the provision of backpacks for laptops, all the details can be found in the attached RFQ document.
The prospective bidders shall consider the following when sending their offers:
• The submission of the offer shall be by replying to this Email no later than Thursday, March 14th, 2024, at 17:00 (Amman Time).
• No hardcopy submission will be considered in this procurement, only softcopy submission via email is allowed.
• No Sample submission with the offers at this stage, ACTED may request samples in later stages.
• It is optional for the bidders to fill, sign, and stamp the attached SUPPLIER ETHICAL FORM, GENERAL CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE, and SUPPLIER QUESTIONNAIRE at this stage, however, the awarded supplier/s will be obligated to do so, filling, signing, and stamping the 3 attachments at this stage will give the supplier a chance to be registered in ACTED supplier database for future reference.
• Please be aware that the maximum size of the email is 10 MB.
