Leaders International:
Leaders International is an international network of local organizations that plans, manages, and
monitors innovation and economic development interventions in the region. Through its offices in
Brussels, Amman, and Ramallah, Leaders International provides complete project-management services
with a focus on private-sector development, enterprise development, job creation, entrepreneurship,
D4D, economic policy dialogue, and tourism value chain development.
CERA Background:
CERA aims to develop the competitiveness of local Jordanian MSMEs and enable them to integrate
their products into local and global supply chains. Specifically, the project develops the competitiveness
of 90 SMEs by addressing their capacity constraints to meet quality and consistency requirements of
local Jordanian corporates. To do so, the project will leverage and build on the concept of corporate
social responsibility to promote ‘Corporate Entrepreneurship Responsibility’ by creating an alliance that
is focused on a shared commitment to promote the growth of smaller suppliers in underserved, noncentral regions of the country.
CERA will facilitate the development of business linkages between beneficiary enterprises and alliance
members. At a scale, this approach would redistribute economic growth to other regions in the country,
spurring job creation and reducing unemployment as a result.
This project is implemented by Leaders International for Economic Development and funded by the
Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Objectives:
LI is looking to hire a consulting firm/ individual to be responsible for taking high quality pictures during
the project period for our project beneficiaries around Jordan.
Based on the needs of the project, the photographer will take pictures of SMES, Factories, people
(owners), settings and objects.
Scope of Work:
• Photographer will design settings, using props and backgrounds to create compositions based
on the project request. In addition to taking high-quality images, the photographer shall bring all
needed cameras and equipment, including lights, lenses and tripods
• Select and assemble proper equipment, and choose the setting and frame based on location,
photographed people, and the type of experience they deliver
• Make the best use of artificial and natural lighting as well as flashes and reflectors when
necessary
• Edit, resize, fix errors (e.g. red eye effect) and enhance colors of images before submission
Deliverables:
• 10-15 clean and edited high quality images per SME, clean photos must be supplied.
Total number of SMEs should not exeed 30.
Duration: June 15th, 2023 – June 14th, 2024
Qualifications Required:
• 5+ years of experience in photography
• Ability to use different types of photography equipment and software
• Understanding of artificial and natural lighting and how it affects different settings, shapes and
skin tones
• Good communication skills, with the ability to discuss complex artistic concepts in easy-tounderstand terms

*Leaders International has the right to split this contract amongst more than one photographer or
agency. Both individual photographers and creative agencies are welcome to submit price offers.
