Leaders International:
Leaders International is an international network of local organizations that plans, manages, and monitors
innovation and economic development interventions in the region. Through its offices in Brussels, Amman, and
Ramallah, Leaders International provides complete project-management services with a focus on privatesector development, enterprise development, job creation, entrepreneurship, D4D, economic policy dialogue,
and tourism value chain development.
CERA Background:
CERA aims to develop the competitiveness of local Jordanian MSMEs and enable them to integrate
their products into local and global supply chains. Specifically, the project develops the competitiveness of 90
SMEs by addressing their capacity constraints to meet quality and consistency requirements of local
Jordanian corporates. To do so, the project will leverage and build on the concept of corporate social
responsibility to promote ‘Corporate Entrepreneurship Responsibility’ by creating an alliance that is focused on
a shared commitment to promote the growth of smaller suppliers in underserved, non-central regions of the
country.
CERA will facilitate the development of business linkages between beneficiary enterprises and alliance
members. At a scale, this approach would redistribute economic growth to other regions in the country,
spurring job creation and reducing unemployment as a result.
This project is implemented by Leaders International for Economic Development and funded by the
Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Objective
LI is looking to hire a consulting firm/ individual to be responsible for developing high-quality videos of
beneficiaries based on the project’s requirements.
Scope of Work:
• Utilize artistic and technical skills to produce high-quality videos.
• Design suitable settings, incorporating props and backgrounds, in line with the project's requirements.
• Edit, resize, airbrush, and enhance videos using video editing software.
• Operate video cameras on location.
• Transport, set up, and operate production equipment, including audio and lighting equipment, lenses, and
tripods, for field-based shoots.
• Determine desired poses and compositions, select appropriate equipment, props, and settings.
• Retouch, resize, and enhance videos.
• Interview the beneficiaries to record success stories.
Deliverables:
• Create three high-quality videos for project beneficiaries in factories, home-based businesses, or other
requested locations inside Jordan.
1. Develop high-quality videos incorporating interviews.
2. Produce short, high-quality videos suitable for social media purposes.
3. Create success stories highlighting the project beneficiaries.
4. Raw footage.
5. Video duration from 60-90 minutes.
Duration of work: June 15th, 2023 – June 14th, 2024
Qualifications Required:
• 5+ years of experience in videography
• Ability to operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and perform repairs to audio and video equipment
• Ability to effectively manage time and schedules
• Knowledge of professional audio and video editing and post-production procedures, techniques, and
standards
